K26 vs K27 size...?

Not ecxactly so Dave. K-26/27 with it´s 55 turbine
works well without special EM to 320 HP then the
engine ( 20v ) needs a bigger turbine or better EM.

With that hybrid 3B/AAN engine has huge torque, at
3500 it can be almost 600 Nm and then the power
can be +300 Hp. But when closing the redline, torque
decreases so much, that Hp value is still the same.
Means: 300 Hp/3000rpm and 300Hp/6000rpm....

Why that happens? I have seen few fellows using the
stock EM and K-26 based turbine. It just is too small,
it cannot handle the flow. If there were better EM, the
situation could be different. ( Or larger turbine )

Here You can see a dyno chart of my friends engine
3B with Hybrid K-26/27:

Torque raises nice and there is 575 Nm at 3,7k and
315 Hp. Then it drops because of the lack of the good
flow and Hp does not raise. After 5,2k Hp also starts
to decrease.

But if the one is satified with ++300 Hp, this is -as You
said, a nice combination. Much better than stock K-24,
which is near it´s limits at 250 Hp.
