Jet fuel is a flavor of kerosine, and your Audi WILL NOT run on it!!!!
Every once in a while, someone manages to put jet fuel into a piston engine
aircraft, and then you read about it in the accident reports - when the
gasoline in the fuel lines is all gone, and the jet fuel starts to flow
into the engine, the engine STOPS. PERIOD.

Aviation gasoline is commonly available and is known as 100LL (100 octane
low lead), but it is not cheap - figure at least a dollar a gallon more
than car gas. Only advantage is that the (slightly) higher octane lets you
advance the timing slightly without getting detonation. If you get too
enthusiastic about this, you'll blow up the engine.

Audi's don't really do real well on the drag strip - the engines are
designed to rev all day, at high speeds on the highway, and they do NOT
have the low-down GRUNT that makes for winning at the drag strip. If you
get carried away with this, you stand a very good chance of damaging your
car and not winning anyway - this is the wrong tool for the job.

Drag racing is for American Iron - you can't beat cubic inches. If you want
to upset the locals, go and rent a Ford pickup truck with a V-10
turbodiesel - that will honk on down the dragstrip at a horrendous rate,
and if it breaks, it belongs to someone else (how's that for irresponsible
advice to an enthusiastic young man?). Seriously, remember that you ARE
responsible for it, and if you break it, you will pay for it, and probably
a lot.
