Insurance: How's Prudential?

Funny how some insurance carriers have a love 'em or hate 'em reputation.
State Farm was really bruised in the press awhile back, and they're
certainly the 800-lb. gorilla out there...but I like them too. They coughed
up more than $5000 to make my E30 BMW cabrio right a few years ago after I
slid into a guard rail... D'oh, I shoulda been driving my 4kq (MAC).
I HAVE been a loyal customer for 30 years and haven't given them too much
trouble ;-)
