First drive: was: Dasher--was (How plentiful are Golf/Jetta synchros)

My first drive was an Audi, proud to say. (easy cuz dad was audi dealer...)
Anyway, was an '82 5000s, mars red w/black leather. Beautiful and reliable
car, drove great. Drive lesson #2 was a '82 Rabbit 4spd. Dad wouldn't have
no kids not knowin' a stick shift!

(mine won't either!)
