How much snow will a quattro plow?

depends on how "heavy" it is. The denser the snow, the more likely it
is to pack under the car and leave you "high centered."
you also need to watch out for the plowed ridge at the edge of the road,
for the same reason.
I would just plan on having a "real" plow clean it up just like regular
folks... you could get a real mess if the snow froze cause it was wet,
but melted lower where your old tracks were. Then the crusty frozen
stuff in the middle would be higher, relatively, that it was when you
made the tracks. Then you'll be scraping the bottom of your car with
nasty icy stuff.
generally, 6" or so ought to be passable, as it gets higher, you may
lose speed and momentum. If the snow piles up under the car and you
lose a bit of traction, your plow truck is going to hate you cause your
car will be stuck right in their way.
