If that price includes the bearing, I think it's fair. If not, then it seems
high.
Some shops make enough of their profit from parts that when you supply the
parts they raise their labor rate to compensate for the lost revenue.
I have had a shop press them in where I provided them with the bearing and
the removed strut. They charged $20 per strut. If you add the labor to
remove, and the price of the parts, it sounds pretty close. I think it would
be a fair price if you just gave them the car, and they provided all parts &
labor.
