Cat problems

The core may be breaking up due to 2 different causes; something could be
casuing the engine to run very rich or it could be a dfect that is not
allowing it to take the vibration very well. If it is running rich the
warranty doesn't cover that; either from day one or 5 years later.

The warranty for 5 years more or less means under correct operating
conditions.

When you say the core is breaking up be a little more precise. On the
outlet side what does the core look like?

Good luck
Greg
