Sometimes mech./dealers will charge pre-determined rates for specific jobs
as well. And if one repair for one problem requires more than 1 "procedure",
they may charge separate labor charges for each procedure. (HUH!?)

Anyway, some wrenches are out to screw you. Others are doing their best to
stay in business, and otherwise be honest.
