Bumper cover replacement - any BTDT's?

Ok, assuming that this is the *front* bumper on a 5ktq, the replacement
is quite easy if you have a complete spare to swap it with. Looking at
the underside of the bumper, you will see two holes roughly under the
insides of each headlight. There is a 8mm(I think) allems bolt up each
one that has to come out. Then you will want to get out your phillips
drivers and remove the plastic shrouding in front of the rad that
attaches to the bumper, as well as the air duct for the oil cooler on
the opposite side. You should now be able to slide the bumper straight
forward. Once out just enough remove the two blinkers from their
sockets, and the bumper should be free in your hands at this point
(provided I didn't forget anything). Installation reverse of removal,
etc, etc, etc...

Has anyone out there done this? If so, about how long does it take and what exactly - tools and steps - does this involve? Does the Haynes manual cover this subject at all, or am I gonna have to spring for a Bentley manual? Any input is very much appreciated.
