No start, Fuel pump relay probs. '89 200

HELP!
I got this '89 200tq last year with a zorched out rad fan and some burnt wi=
ring. I have fixed all the wiring and the rad system works fine. When I fir=
st got the car the fuel pump would run all the time, key or not. Then I sta=
rted ripping thing apart. Now the fuel pump wont run. I check the relay and=
 its fine (in an '88) if I short across the relay terminal the pump will ru=
n=2E It appears that I am not getting power to the low amp switch side of t=
he relay. I have a Bentley for through the '88 and it look to be about the =
same wiring (probably exactly) but I can't figure out where I should be loo=
king and where the problem might be. Any one out there BTDT? Any one want t=
o give me some electrical diagrams reading lessons? is there a Bentley for =
the '89-90s? I need to get this thing out of the garage so I can start work=
 on my airplane, its probably just jealous it cant go 200mph on 200hp.
