Is your oxygen sensor working? A warm engine may run with a marginal
O2 sensor and the basic mixture set way-lean, but it will probably not
start cold when the system is running open-loop.
Try richening the basic mixture and get the car started, then run it
until full operating temps is reached. Then, disconnect your O2 sensor
and measure its output voltage. Vary the basic mixture to see if
the voltage responds accordingly.
