Hey Solo2 fans
There are a couple spots left for the Jekyll Island Ga.  phase 1 school and the practice for
Saturday/Sunday this weekend 8/10-11  Come take advantage of the huge area to run on, with a grippy
surface.  Perfect for Nationals practice.  Grippy like concrete, but not the tire wear.  And we plan
to make a few huge long courses so you can get used to running 60-90 second courses.

Practice can be for either day or half a day each so you can get there on Saturday and leave at a
decent time Sunday.  And you will have 2 of the finest cooks on hand making lunch!  Bring the family
and let them enjoy a day at the beach, or at the waterpark on the island.

We'll have kid's karts there too so they can play for free
