Sounds very much like a pimped out VW Golf, particularly with the
stickers.  A3's don't exist in the US, particularly with goofy
stickers all over 'em.

They  don't pass US safety standards, which is pretty darn sad, since
the US safety standards are pretty much worthless- witness all the
(US made) deathtraps riding around on US roads at this very moment :-)
