AC Evacuation

Will evacuation of my Coupe's AC system remove most/all of the oil in the system? The reason I'm asking is that I accidentally added an EXTRA 11.5 ounces of oil rather than a can of R134a the other day and would like to get the extra oil out. Better safe than sorry. If evacuation does not remove the oil, any suggestions on how to get it out?
