According to the court:

Going down a closed road - guilty
Speed too fast for conditions - not guilty

According to the judge, in WA state you have to hit another car or a
person to be going too fast for conditions, but tiny little signs are
adequate warning of road closure...

Oh well, if I _must_ have one of the two citations, I'll take what I got.
Unfortunately there goes my clean driving record.
