Runs poorly, actually like mine used to. Little power uphill.
Takes a long time to get the car up to speed on level or hill.

Jim has checked the vacuum hoses, cold start valve, idle
stabilizer valve, replaced fuel filter,
checked the gas tank and screen, took off air intake boot and
examined it, fuel pump relay,
full throttle switch, and injector cleaner.

He "says" the air filter "looks" okay, but we have had the car over a
year and I say replace them whether they look like they need it or
not. Other's opinion?

Carbon canister shut-off solenoid doesn't seem to be working . . .
would that cause the car to run poorly ?

He has not done the compression test yet because it says in Bentley
to ground the wire from the coil to the distributor before taking out
a plug and inserting compression tester.

He needs next, I guess, pressure gauge for fuel line, means of taking
injectors out and measuring the flow of gasoline.

Anyone done this? Thanks Fay
