Tire recommendations

Hi all,

I picked up a nail in one of my Yokohama AVS S4 tires.  This was on my 92
100CSq.  The tires are getting a little old and I wanted to find out what
listers opinions are on new tires.  The car never sees any track time and
is a daily driver from work and back.  I've been on the list for a while
and I beleieve the tire of choice was the BFGoodrich Comp TA HR4.  Are
there any others that are better?  Tirerack seems to have Yokohama AVS
Intermediates for $49 but I'm not sure how they perform.
