Ahh.  The old standby.  Done it myself a time or two.

That's where it's SUPPOSED to be.  As stated if you
have Euros, not only can it barely be seen, but it is
totally unuseable.  I have thought of relocating it,
but I keep a good battery and alternator and then
there's always the back seat deal.  Failing that I can
always push start it.  If I have ANY battery voltage
at all.
