I don't think the radiator with the curved overflow pipe is a Modine.  Both
of the Modine all metal units I have bought have had the straight overflow
pipe - not curved, one had a Modine tag, one did not.  Both were junkyard
units (that sound you hear is Tom Chudzinski's blood pressure going up - Hi
Tom!), and both of them did have the thick core that I have seen on all type
44 Modines.
