Rubber valve cover gaskets..

Greetings,

I have changed out the leaky rubber valve cover
gaskets on my 98 A4 2.8 30v V6, and still have a very
slight oil leak on the passneger side. Is there some
magic trick to getting these things to seal up
properly? I have torqqued the nuts to the exact torque
rating in the Bentley.
