4000quattro: 1984 vs 1985

Well I have to get rid of one of my 4kq's. I have a 1984 4kq and a 1985 4kq.
They both need some work but neither is in bad shape. The 85 needs a few
more thing than the 84 but most of it is stuff I wanted to upgrade anyway.
It needs shocks, brakes and both DOT headlights are broken. I bought some
euro lights and I have a 90q parts car I'm pulling the struts and brakes
off.

The real question is: Is there anything significant about any 1984 4kq or
any 1985 4kq that makes it a better choice to keep?
