A arm bushes fitting advice

Hi folks,

i will need to replace the a arm bushes on the front of the 90 20vq pretty
soon. I have done this job several times on my old typ 85 cars with the
pressed steel a arms but never touched the cast type arms that my 90 has.
Any advice welcome please, getting them out isn't a problem but how best to
get the new ones in?? Big vice or proper press???

Oh yeah anyone know what the fuel tank capacity is?? prefer in litres.
