I have no objection to wherever anyone's lights point as long as they're
driving on their own farm lane or other private road, but out on the public
highway, if they're blinding oncoming traffic, they should be ticketed.

I think the couple of Audi wagons I've encountered probably are folks who
load up the back of their vehicle with family junk and never remove it,  so
the result is their lights point into oncoming drivers' eyes.
