The back seat will not go down.  The gas tank is in the trunk behind the
seat.

Good question, it sure doesn't look like it.  I hope the back seat folds
down, or else the bike will have to go on the CE red leather back seat.
In honesty, it's actually a customer of mine that has to fit his bike in
there.  If the back seat doesn't go down, it sure won't fit!
