Looking for des moines mechanic and parts

I might be moving from the NYC area to Des
Moines and I'm most definately taking my 200q
with me.

Just in case, I wanted the names and numbers of
any reputable mechanics in that area. Also, the
place is loaded with car parts stores and was
wondering about who does foreign parts out there
for good prices. Des Moines seems to be a
domestic car city.
