5KTQ Injector cooling blower

You have the Bentley, no? You could have answered your won question...
Looking at the wiring diagram, the injector cooling fan is directly
connected to the Injector Cooling relay (#15). The relay is also connected
to the thermo switch. You said it was disconnected, so there's your problem.
