anyone ever put a v6 in an 80 ??

please respond off list, im on sabaitcal right now. my 90 was totalled abou=
t 3 weeks ago, and im keeping it. had an 80 sitting in the garage i was gon=
na sell, and i got a brain storm. the cars are the same under the hood, cor=
rect ?? its a 91 80, 5 cyl. 4 speed auto. is the trans the same as the v6 ?=
? my 90 was a 5 speed, so would it work with the 80's trans ?? would the 5 =
speed go into the 80 or are the tunnels differant as the 4k's and coupes we=
re ??  will the g60's bolt on the 80's strut houseing ?? or can i just swap=
 the whole front spindle/strut ass.
