18X9 with 35 O/S

I got some nice looking wheels for the A6 avant today. 18X9" with 35 mm off=
set. They dont fit in the front with 235-40-18 because the front struts wil=
l rub the tires. Will work in back. I think that if I had 225-40-18 and 1/4=
" spacers in front, it may clear. Any thoughts? Should I get rid of them? B=
rand new and unmounted. Thanks, Brandon
