I got the header back today

If you are going to get it coated, think about maybe
spending an hr. or 2 cleaning up the welds with a
Dremel or other type cutter/grinder.  I'm NOT dissin
your welder.  Actually, I think it's an excellent job.
 But I have found that by just removing/smoothing the
imperfections in the welds that the coatings will
cover better/more evenly, look better initally and
last longer as well.  This goes for powder coating
also.
