[urq] Strange Sighting In Santa Cruz Today--Badge Engineering?

Did you happen to see the license plate?  Could it be car from Canada?
Did they sell those there or not at all in all of North America?  Is it
easier for individuals to import cars into Canada from Europe?  It seems
possible that it could easily be tourists from Canada who drove down the
coast.  Santa Cruz is kind of a touristy spot isn't it?  ;-)
