Whoa!  Never, NEVER, ever, replace a blown fuse with one of a higher
current value.  If there is a short in the circuit, the higher amperage
fuse allows more curren than the wiring was designed for, which can make
for new problems, like melted/burning harnesses.

To me, it is obvious that something *is* pulling a "little" too much
current.  Sorry but I can't really help you locate the source of the
problem, but I think you got some mail on that.
