DIN Sized Guage Panel?

I seem to remember an older Audi that had a three guage panel (maybe for
52mm guages) that was sized to fit into a DIN radio opening.

I've looked though the ETKA for such an item, so I can try to get one from a
wrecker, but no luck.

Is my memory failing me too? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
