Help needed from CIS experts

What I'd check (this is a general CIS list):

Fuel filter (replace), especially if the surging happens around a corner at
speed (like on a highway).

ISV (easy to check and clean, might as well).

Cold start valve (they both wear out and get stuck).

All those silly rubber hoses and boots (a fast acting hydrocarbon which is
very flammable (fuel injection cleaner works well) is a good "quick and
dirty" test to check for hose cracks/tears.

After those, then check injector output/spray pattern.  Replace the o-ring
seals as well.

OK guys/gals, what else did I miss?
