One of the reasons why I hate the insurance industry.
They are nothing but a big scam. I remember reading somewhere that some
states allowed waiving liability insurance if you can prove you have a
balance equal to the state's minimum required coverage $.
I'm tempted to do just that. I haven't had a claim in 20 years of driving.
And when you do have to deal with one of them, they attempt to settle with
the least amount of cash they can legally get away with.
