Positive fuel tank pressure??

Tigran,

You should check your charcoal filter valve, gravity/vent valve,
and vacuum hose routing to make sure it's not messed up.  The
Bentley manual has all the procedures and illustrations in the
"Fuel Supply" section.

If you don't have a copy of the Bentley, it's time to get one.
You really cannot diagnose problems without it on these cars.
