Now, now, not so fast; it is my understanding (from reading up-to-date
news reports back here in the States) that there are a number of
brand-new EEU member countries which probably could arrange salvage and
re-sale of all these high-end units without all the red tape that would
be required back here in the US with all our fussy regs.  Regards, Tom
