Is there a "best" cleaner for ISV?

  I used a 3 step process to clean up the one in my '86;

1.  Brake clean

2.  WD40

3. Graphited lock lube- spray it in, rotate the valve a bunch of times with
a screwdriver, then let it sit for a bit while the carrier flashes off.

   Worked good for me.
