'86 4kq back to no start, CIS help please.

If I decide it's gotta go, I'll pull every part that I think I'd want and
donate the rest to charity unless some local lister is dying to own a
clapped-out and rusty 4kq with no interior/windows/regulators/fuel injection
:). I'll put it up here first as a matter of course, though!
