The high temperatures on the exhaust make it difficult for a thread locker
to hold up.  Permatex makes a high temp locker, but it is only good to 450F
and not recommended for bolts under 16mm.  The self locking exhaust nuts
should do the trick by themselves.  You can try the blue, but after a while
the heat will get to it.
