Water in Right Rear Quarter

After parking the car nose up on a 40 degree incline for a whole week, I
noticed water accumulated under the rear washer reservoir.

There is a drain there that drained it all out when the car was level. Is this
the normal drain path?

If there is a leak, where do I need to look and do to seal it up?
