TFA lookup request, re: Eurovan cranks and stroker thoughts

I've heard of some people in the Norwegain VW/Audi club that using the
EV 2.5 crank in a 2.2 engine. Some people say that they can get stronger
rods that will clear the case, others say that clearanceing is necessary
with stock rods. I've never payed much attention to what pistons they
use, but I can try to find out.
