I think it would be pointless - as far as I know, it's mostly to cool
the injectors under hot restart conditions, to help prevent vapor lock.
Since EFI opens the injectors electrically rather than with fuel
pressure, if there is some vaporization, it ought to get pushed through
anyway.  As Javad said, block it.  One more pesky CIS thing not to have
to keep track of...
