'87 4kq: temporary no-juice condition

  Allow me to summarize about 6 posts:  Check your belt tension! :)

Several including myself noted that belt slippage is more likely in the damp
with your accessories running.

   There was a thought provoking post that surmised a different cause based
on what seemed like sound reasoning, but I don't recall the details...
