Sounds like proof that just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean that
you SHOULD!
If small and goofy is the look he was going for, he could have scouted out
an old BMW Isetta and saved himself the hassle.

On the show "My classic car" I once saw "the world's smalles working car".
It was an Austin Mini Cooper, which had been chopped just at the top of the
front windshield, and again at the top of the rear window, and the two
halves had then been re-attached, to make a triangular passenger
compartment. They actually showed a guy getting in and driving it around!

Weird!
