Exhaust System hardware for 5ktq

As I will be performing to exhaust manifold on out swap/repair, etc. in the
near future, I would like to know the best sources for hardware I'll need.
 Things such as studs, nuts, gaskets for the various OEM and aftermarket
fitment are needed to
1) reassemble used stock system from manifold on out

2) Installation of 2 piece manifold + Garrett hybrid + improved cat +
Stebro cat back system.

I get the 15% dealer discount.  I have priced 2 piece manifold at dealer
with all hardware.  Can anyone beat $700?

Is there a better source for these items?

Any pointers to the job, like can I remove and replace stock exhust without
removing the Intake manifold?
