Boost (or lack there of) in 86 5kcstq; window relay

Hi all,
Just installed new inlet temp sensor, to correct the dash light coming on every time i stepped on the gas, which it did.  But, I still cant get the boost above 1.2.  I unofficialy tested the   0-60 time and got around 9 seconds, which seems pretty reasonable.  Any thoughts?  Also the window relay seems loose in its socket, so that i will have to wiggle it to get it to make a connection to roll the window down, any thoughts there?  TIA
