Audi V6 engine question

The 24v VR6 has been out since mid-2001, in the Eurovan, Golf and Bora
in Europe. 204hp in the Golf and Bora.

It has not yet been offered in anything other than the Eurovan in the US
yet.

I have never heard of a 15 degree 24v motor.
Can anybody else back this claim?
