More Audi's on TV

The HVAC control light is out on my CGT. I figured out how to get to the light. it IS getting power, so I   guess the bulb gave up. So, how do I get the bulb out of the holder? Pull? Pull & twist? Twist? What kind of bulb is it? Where can I get one?

Now for the bigger challenge. My CGT has the orange digi-dash. the right hand panel (fuel, temp, clock) has decided to be flaky. The light is out most of the time. If I hit a bump it may come on until I hit another bump. My guess is loose connection and/or bad bulb. How the heck to I get at it? What kind of bulb is it? Where do I get one? Or is this just too much of a PITA to do on my own? I do have a pretty good dealer and am not afraid to use them. I don't have the worlds best mechanical ability...
