looking for 97-99 A4 1.8T

Hey all,
My roommate is looking to buy a new car. Since his mom has a 94 S4 and I
have my 4kq it is only natural that he goes with an Audi. He has decided
that he really likes the A4 1.8Tq, he was looking at the price range of
$14,000 - $17,000, he would prefer a manual trans, We do live in Colorado so
something close would be best.
