Euro headlights????

I second Roger's comments-
The dual lamp setup of the 200 eurolights was needed when I made a
trip up to far northern VT at night- w/o any other lighting and
fear of deer and moose, I needed all the light I could get. I think
w/o the euros, there's no way that I would be going much more than 35
on this 55 limit road.

Probably ruined the night vision and startled the cop I spotted,
sitting stealthily on the side of the road at the entrance to a small
town, where the speed limit dropped to 35. I lit him up with the
high beams to confirm my sighting of the local constabulary. :-)

Even with new DOT lights, they are bad- those of you who are not
impressed
with the improvement from 5kt/200 DOT to euro either do not have a
proper
relayed installation or, IMHO, don't know what you're talking about.

Having additional lighting along with the DOT lights does not count-
that's a kludge and illegal in some jurisdictions. Some cops around here
will pull you over for having aux. lights on w/o fog/bad weather.
